TYPICAL : retrosternal chest pain , chest tightness , palpitation , sweating , nausea and vomiting , syncope , radiation of the pain to the left shoulder ; all or some of the above features may occur ATYPICAL : neck , jaw , tooth , epigastric , throat pain may occur with anyone of the above symptoms .
