Well, not being a male, I can't relate to this particular problem, but according to what I've read and heard, it is extremely common, and can be treated and cured by various physical and psychological methods. I would suggest that you see a urologist to rule out any physical problem. There are worse things than premature ejaculation. What about the poor guys who have erectile disorder? And I'm not talking just about old men, either. Lots of young guys can't get it up for one reason or another. Consider yourself lucky that you, at least, can, even if it doesn't last as long as you'd like. You might try thinking of something else while having sex -- something boring or completely unsexual, like your job, for example. And if you're a fairly young man -- get rid of the quickie and try again in a few minutes. The second time around will last longer. That's been my experience (blush!) And really, there is reason to have a positive attitude about all things above the waist. There is more to life than sex. And finally, if you have an understanding and loving partner, she will assess your character far more than your bedroom performance. Good luck!
