When i feel stressful i would blast techno music and do some workouts or exercises. After the workout, i would take a nap and feel better after i woke up. I considered mine as healthy i think.
How could you improve your ability to cope?
Ans: to this question, i would suggest talking out your problems to your parents, or friends. But i will not do this. I think exercise is the best way for me to de-stress.
