hi for last couple of days i am feeling some pain in one of my testicles rt one when i am about to ejaculate if i am having sex with my girl friend or even i am masturbating when i am about to ejaculate i have this pain in one of my testicles but as soon as i am done with ejaculation it goes away quickly can any 1 help me with this and i have not infection or other problem i got my labs done which are normal
