Hello, I am of young age and have a qeustion here.

on the penis i have white bumps very tiny probably about 20-40 of them on the head of the penis. probably 10 along the shaft of the penis and probably about 20 on the forskin. The testicles also have the bumps probably about 100 of them and ARE VERY VERY VERY ITCHY! can someone help?
