I have a heart condition. Is climbing up 12 flights of stairs injurious to my health?
I have tricuspid and mitral regurgitation. I need to exercise to keep the flab awaybut due to my busy schedule and lazy nature I opt to limb stairs as exercise.Someonbe told me that this is going to create extra load on my heart and is not recommended. but I think it should be okay..so anyone can tell me what to do?
