signs of a heart attack can feel like an elephant sitting on your chest, pain especially in your left arm.....can travel to your throat, numbness of the left arm, pounding headache. you can get throat pain from gerd(acid reflux).
if you ever go to the hospital(i'm assuming you're in the usa) they can't turn u away for having no insurance. prescriptions are a different story...
