I had my nipple pierced by the Bearded Lady in Provincetown, Massachusetts in the USA. It did hurt quite a bit as she had to do it freehand instead of using a clamp. Some people think it feels very erotic. It's just a great deal of pressure and a big pinch. There was very little bleeding. Unfortunately, it was nearly two years later and it still did not heal properly. It would crust over and get a little bit of discharge...I would clean it out in the shower. I eventually took it out, out of frustration. Good luck!
