the testicles don't have one fixed position as you grow older... they move more freely so that it is more comfortable so don't really worry about that. and sometimes size of the balls can change..

the tiny white pimples aren't necessarily cancer. the hair follicles tend to be bumpy and white...its nothing abnormal.

now as the seminal tubes, how are they messed up??? I would go see a doctor for that.
