Default is this testicular cancer?
i have this thing in my left nut. but its not always there. i get it when i get it, jerk too much, or sit on it. is it just a piece thats tearing away or should i take it seriously and see a doctor?

yes i would definitely see a doctor about that. Better safe than sorry.
