In the left partition of my scrotum there is this lumpy sort of moundy thing that is not present in the right partition of my scroctum. It does not hurt at all but is on the left side. Is it a cancerious growth or does every guy have it?

I'm honestly freaking out about it. I'm only 18 and hope to hell that it isnt cancer cos even if i live i dont wanna go through all the procedures...
