in my left scrotum region where the left nut resides i have something quite large that is not found on the right side of the scrotum. It is not attached to the nut itself but hangs about above it and looks quite lumpy but is soft. I'd describe it as a sort of "bag of worms" feeling. I've had it for a long time but am not sure if it has grown in size or not.

Should i worry about it or is it a simple part of the male anatomy?
