Alright, I must admit that right now I'm really scared. Its been about a week that I kind of feel a decrease in my sexual appetite, and when I get an erection, it kind of feels like my penis is not as hard as it use to be. In addition, since yesterday, every few hours I feel a slight pain in my right testicle. Its not bad at all. In fact, I really don't know how to describe it. It almost feels like the pain is not inside the testicle itself, but that top portion of it called, epididymis. Also, its been a while that I feel more tired during the day for no reason, and in the morning, I wake up with these terrible back pains. And lastly, I must say that today I kind of felt a sudden ache in my right leg a few times. But, I don't have some of the more common signs of testicular cancer such as having any bumps, or lumps, etc. Please tell me what to do. I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow, but right now I'm about to have a heart attack.

Sounds like you have a urinary infection. See your doctor asap.
If it was testicular cancer, you would feel a definite lump in the testicle.
