I think perhaps you may need a little anatomy lesson. There is more than the testis in the scrotum. There is also the epididymis, Pampiniform plexus, Ductus deferens, and Testicular artery. The epididymis itself has a head, body, and tail. All these things are attached to or lay close to the testis. So you are probably feeling them, too. Look up a photo of the male reproductive system to see where all these little parts are, so that you have an idea of what you are feeling. Your doctor would know all these parts, and if he gave you a clean bill of health, then you shouldn't worry. But, do keep on with your regular self-exams and watch for any changes.
