Default Can it be testical cancer ?

I have a lump on my left testical for about 2-3 years now. I'm almost 18 now. At first it didn't hurt at all, but then it started to hurt, but only for about 30 minutes. For the last 3 times it hurt for 20-24 hours. But it only hurts once in about 4-5 month. What can it be ? I'm really afraid that it could be cancer ...and i'm really shy to tell my parents about it or go to the doctor. What should i do ? And what is it ?
And if it's too late for me, than how long am i goin to live ?

If you want to live a longer life you need to go see a doctor and get a second opinion. Im sure its cancer if it hurts and is a lump on the testical.

hey,i think its highly unlikely that it would be testicular cancer as u have had the problem for such a long period,if it was cancer u would have well known by now,not to mention that it would have well invaded your body and finished you off by now.i can hazard this guess due to the fact that i am a male nurse, but if your too shy 2 tell your parents then get a friend to have a look at it for you and even check it for you by having a feel, this does not and would not mean that you are gay or in anyway connected to anything gay,it only means that you are seriously concerned about the fact you may have a really serious health problem.the thing is though mate with any issue like this the message is loud and clear,go and see a local health professional who you dont feel too uncomfortable being naked with.the best time to examine yourself or get someone else to examine you is when you have just had a bath or a shower as the warmth from the heat helps relax your scrotum and helps it all hang looser.if you wear underpants rather than boxer shorts dont waer them too tight.and 1 more thing, your an 18 yearold male so obviously you do wank, just check if the problem seems to be worse just after you have emptied your load.hope that this will help you mate, good luck mate.
REMEMBER GET IT CHECKED OUT.

I give an advice that have a check up with a doctor and explain the problem. Ask them what is the proper way to check yourself to see if you are OK. Tell them to explain in detail what to feel for, what is normal and what isn't.
