SAMe pronounced "sam ee'" really helped my mental chemistry; it's available at like GNC or vitaminshoppe, and is fairly expensive, but worth it if it works for you -- may not be 100 percent curative, but should make some difference

I am not aware of any OTC treatment for OCD and social anxiety disorder.Moreover, OCD and social anxiety are differnt disorders . They are clubbed together under the umbrella of anxiety disorders but have differnt causes and somewhat different approach to management
