Okay...for the last two weeks or so I have been having really odd symptoms that do not seem to be connected. My entire body aches, my skin is really dry no matter how much lotion I put on, my foot or hand will jump every so often, and I have developed this really weird watery cough and my nose is not even stopped up so it can't be post nasal drip. any ideas?

Get your thyroid checked.

A vitamin deficiency or food allergy would be my guess.
