Default How can I manage my stress & anxiety?

I just started school today, & I'm taking Spanish classes again. I already have my BA degree, but I'm taking extra courses to try to strengthen my GPA to get into Grad School. I'm not fluent & many of us aren't fluent. I'm trying to work my way towards fluency.

I'm just so stressed out & worried, trying to make myself operate on a personal daily schedule, & it's not working. Should I just live through the day spontaneously & study whenever & go to classes during class time?

If you are having anxiety and/or panic attacks, the best
thing you can do for yourself is to practice this method:
1.Relax.
2. Count to ten.
3. Breathe.
It doesn't matter whether you count forwards or backwards. Both are fine. In fact, you can alternate, if you want.
But, when you breathe, do it as softly as you can--and be mindful of each and every breath.

Best of health & good luck.
