Default Right now I'm not likng my life at all. What are some stress relievers I could do?

There's so much drama at school. And i'm not only talking about with students. I mean with teachers too. I'm getting an F in gym because my Mom says she's not paying $20 for a gym uniform I'm only going to be wearing for nine weeks and also because I cant do squats with a 50 pound weight on my back. The there's so much drama at home on and off, and ofcourse with boys. Also with some of my friends. I'm trying to figure out who I am too... if you know what I mean!

Try Yoga.
Try listening to music
Try reading literature
Try hobbies.
You sound like a teenager. These feelings are normal. Nobody listens and you don't know who you can talk to. Problems are magnified in your mind 100 times. With perspective in ten years all this will be irrelevant. Do something about the things you can effect and accept those things you cannot change. The boys thing. They are an alien species but very interesting. A lot of learning and don't be surprised just explore carefully.

eat well!

relaxxxx. and try and solve one problem at a time. like if you have your own money from like birthdays and stuff, take out $20, since it's better than getting an F. talk to your friends. 50 pounds is a lot! that's rough. if you want to get there, start of small, and work your way up. friends, talk to them! boys, hold of on figuring them out until everything else is cleared up or relaxed if you can, no boy will want a stressed out nervous wreck.
