make sure you leave time for yourself. buy one of those CDs with waterfall or piano music on it and listen to it in the car during the ride to work, that way, you start your day off relaxed. listen to it on the way home, that way, when you get home, your mind will be more relaxed for sleeping. if you have problems with short, strong bursts of stress, deep breaths really do work. also, if you're REALLY desperate, take some time to let a piece of chocolate melt in your mouth. in addition, whenever possible, take a long bath instead of a shower.

I have been stressed out the majority of my life...I am also an insomniac. I find only patience and prayer to help. Drugs do too much damage to me in particular, so I have to find alternative ways. I have also tried hypo-therapy to some advantage.

Go outside and take a nice leisurely walk in nature, take deep breaths and just listen to the sounds. Just take it all in and relax and enjoy.

This is a totally wrong concept many people use. Those who are capable to handle any critical movement do not need to use stress management. If the critical condition is over his capacity, the capable man knows very well how to handle it.If you are able to use following tips, defineatly you do not have any stress.1) Learn well what you want to do.2) Gain enough experiance.3) Make a real vision for your life.4) Use a simple life style.5) Live as a good human.
