It is the last full week of school before final exams. Next Thrusday, Friday, and the Tuesday of the next week my school has 7th thru 11th semester test. Monday thru Wensday is 12th grade tests so most teachers are trying to get in as much as they can. Before the tests, I have several projects due, most of which are already complete. But the stress of getting the highest grade I can is getting to me. I can't get much sleep, so I end up exhausted the next day. I haven't gotten 7 hours of sleep in the past four days. I try relaxing, but it doesn't work for long. Put that together with my family being out of the state with my nearly deaf grandmother being the only one to watch me, and them going to be gone next week put's me on edge because my dad's job earns him a lot of enemies. I can't skip school to rest for a day, because I'll miss any review we do that could help, but some of my teachers are so worried they don't get on to me for falling asleep in class. Anyone know what I could doto get a good night's sleep and relax before I fail these tests????I thought I should add this: I've had sleeping problems before. It only got this bad once and that was after a series of nightmares. Anyone still have any ideas? I would really like any help I can get.
