Default Is L- tryptophan a good supplement for anxiety disorders over

antidepressants (Paxil, Luvox, Zoloft, etc.)? I was recently put on Paxil for GAD, and obcessive thoughts. Before that, I was on fluvoxamine (Luvox) and it didn't help me at all. In fact, it had negative effects by making me more jumpy. I have heard that L-Tryptophan is a jnatural supplement, which is an amino acid . I know that it releases seretonin in your brain, which is the neurochemical that controls mood, sleep, and who you are. Is it possible that this natural supplement can make you feel better along with what I am taking now. Any information would be great, thanks.

Read the following info, and find a naturopath, since you want to treat a disorder, not find a remedy.
