I don't think anxiety can be "cured", but you can definately learn coping skills to control it, which is what cognitive behavioral therapy does (teach you positive coping skills for your anxiety). Without medication, going to therapy is a good idea. Also learning how to meditate can really help. Going on walks when stressed or anxious, or doing something else to relieve your stress/anxiety can help as well. Pretty much, if you don't want to take medication or go to therapy, find some activities that are soothing to you and start doing those regularly.
