Default What are good stress relievers for a busy person who doesn't have time to exercise?

Here is my daily schedule. I wake up about 6:30am. I get ready for work, leave my house about 7:00am, then I'm commuting for about 45 min.to one hour. I work 8 hours then I commute home the same distance. I also have a new house, and a family. I spend most of my time at night with my family, or working on the house. I have a little free time starting at about 9 or 9:30 pm, but by that time I just want to chill, watch TV, and my energy is not there. On the weekend I'm not as busy. Any suggestions?

Have you tried squeezing a stress ball? Whenever you feel frustrated, you can always squeeze the ball to destress. Hope the info helps.Regards,GreekCrusaderDog, Dental, Health & Nurse Experthttp://www.badbreathdog.com/bbd.htm***This is my signature. Not Advertisement or SPAM***
