I am 14 years old and I feel depressed. I am depressed because I get red and blotchy on my face, neck, and upper arms for no reason. It lowered my self esteem, and confidence. Tai Chi & yoga can help. Exercise vigorously for 30 - 60 mins, daily; eat healthily, & keep occupied.
