Default Stress Reduction !! ??

Everyone responds to stress differently. How do you usually react to increased levels of stress? Is your method of coping healthy or unhealthy? How could you improve your ability to cope?

When i feel stressful i would blast techno music and do some workouts or exercises. After the workout, i would take a nap and feel better after i woke up. I considered mine as healthy i think.

How could you improve your ability to cope?
Ans: to this question, i would suggest talking out your problems to your parents, or friends. But i will not do this. I think exercise is the best way for me to de-stress.
