Default lately i have been having anxiety problems?

i really wish i would be normal like other people who dont get depressed out of nowhere
and dont get soo scared they cant sleep.
im really scared
and sometimes i get in weird moods please help me !

You need to watch your stress levels. Get a Pen and Pad and write down all the things that are effecting your life then start at the top and start marking down ways to resolve the problems that ar effecting you.

example:

money -- Get a job
head ache --- take asprin
dinner ---- Cook something

Did you talk to a doctor? Maybe he can prescribe you something. Its probably a chemical imbalance or something triggered it. For now I recommend meditating. Meditating is not easy at first especially if your you have so much anxiety. But you have to fight it. There is a bunch of ways to meditate. Could be threw music sitting in a hot tub whatever. I personally do not recommend music because mediation is about clearing your mind. So to do so is.
1. Take off your shoes cross your legs put your arms to your side and relax them.
2. Close your eyes and clear your mind from every thing. Which ever thoughts pop up push it away.
Do it for about 20 min a day night or day before you get out of bed or before you sleep.

Anxiety is AWFUL!

How old are you, and how long have you felt this way? Who else knows you have this problem?

I have had anxiety since I was a kid, and you're right, it comes out of nowhere and it's really hard to explain to other people. The best thing I have found is meditation. That, and antidepressants. But just know you're not alone.

You should consider seeing a doctor, that might help.

But if you don't want to, then you should try keeping your mind busy on things that make you and only you happy, or certain things that you yourself can do that takes your mind off things.
