I don't know a good web site, but I can speak of some tricks I learned through personal experience.
First of all, leave your dog a piece of your clothing that has your scent on it to lay with. It will comfort him/her. Also, leave the radio or tv on when you leave, and if night, leave a light on. It will be helpful if your dog can see you leave through a window set up for it to watch you leave. The dog will probably be at that same vantage point upon your return.
Another trick is to pick up one of those dog toys at the pet store that allows you to put a treat in it. Put peanut butter smeared into it and give it to the dog just before you leave. When you leave the dog will try to get all that peanut butter from that toy and will be less anxious.
Another trick is to pick up your car keys and jacket as if you were leaving a number of times throughout the day or evening when you are not actually leaving. It will break the habit of the dog getting all hyper as soon as he sees you pick up the car keys or jacket, etc.
There are probably plenty others. I also always gave my doggy a "good girl" treat everytime just before I left. (like a bribe).
Tell yur doge he/she is a good doggy and you will be home soon.......they do understand. Eventually, the dog will get over it. Sometimes it can take a while.......
I always had a good outcome if I spoke calmly and sweetly while holding it about how important and why that he/she be good while you are gone. She always seemed to respond to that. Dogs are much smarter than a lot of people give them credit for.
Good luck.
