i like to go for long walks, or work out, or listen to loud music,
But whatever you do don't try to eat away the stress because in the long run you'll become over weight

I do a few things to deal with stress. 1. Is I run a lot and lission to music on the radio and dance my body feels more relaxed and healther and less tight. 2. I knite I think dealing with my hands and putting all my attion on what ever I am knitting and not really thinking about life it relaxes me. 3. I volinteer at a musuem I go there and help out what ever they need and if they dont need me I hang out there. 4. An other thing you can do to deal with your stress is nock off things you dont need to do in life and take it easy for a little while and read a book or do somthing you enjoy.
