I would like to ask for some advice on symptoms of long term stress?
I experienced two years of very intense stress with my work and my personal life. Thankfully things have improved for me but I find that I feel excessively tired, listless and reluctant to do much other than turn up at work put in my hours and go home and sleep. Sometimes I have a few drinks and feel better but generally this mkes me feel depressed the next day .... does anyone have any advice or similar experience to share?
