Oh my gosh, you poor thing. I had social anxiety too. I probably still do but do a good job of covering it up. I use to get panicky too. I think you need to talk to the school counselor - don't be ashamed she / he can help you identify the problem and find a solution. You are so young that this would be the best way to tackle this problem so it won't follow you way into adult life. The school counselors are way better now into today's time then how it was when I was younger. Your problem will remain private and no one need know Unless you tell them. But don't tell anyone (your peers). You really don't need the added pressure right now. Best wishes, sweetie.
