do natural remedies really work for anxiety/depression ?? Social anxiety?
I have tried so many remedies like
St JOhns wort (made me more anxious and spaced out/self concious)
5htp (caused me to be really moody and stressed)
Valerian (feel odd on it and different)
Passiflora (felt depersonalised and mroe stressed)
GABA + B6 (calms me but moody and depressed and flushed
EPA HIgh Dose ( seems to help a little bit but not enough
Many herbs like rhodiola, AShwagandha,
I tried some homeopathy like Sulphur, Aconite and arsenicum album but they didnt do anything. does homeopathy work?
What is the best recommendations?
I always feel I have to be happy and smile. But I feel a weight and moody and not too mention always anxious and flushed. I get nervous just answering a question some asks me so what would you recommend?
i have tried 4 different hypnotherapists...
i am trying cbt but its not helping much.
im trying to eat better avoiding sugar wheat/dairy caffeine but this makes me feel worse lol...i do lots of walking daily for over an hour briskly.
