Default Itching from HIGH anxiety or is it something more?

I am 19 years old. I have BAD OCD and an acute phobia of HIV.
I am currently in counseling for these 2 problems but had a question.

I am a virgin saving myself for marriage. I do NOT use IV drugs. My parents are healthy. Lifestyle contained. My boyfriend whom I have been with for 4 years is also a virgin. So I have no possible way of being exposed to HIV but I still have a phobia about it.

I was just wondering if my anxiety with these problems would cause body aches/itching?

I know that GAD will cause physical problems like body aches and stuff like that but I want to make sure that this is from the anxiety and that I didn't get HIV from somewhere!!!

I don't have a rash...just itchy skin sporadically. I know this is extremely far fetched and I am crazy which is why I am in counseling.

But is this itching and body aches from all the anxiety I put myself though?

Please help!
