Safe medication for depression and anxiety during pregnancy...?

Hello. I have been on Effexor 75 mg for over 6 years now and am scared to have a baby due to meds. My doctor suggested Zoloft. I have been very ill weaning off the Effexor though so she suggested taking 37.5 Effexor with the Zoloft....DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE???
