Default Anxiety and feeling faint and off balance daily.?

I have pretty bad anxiety, but lately its been much worse. I always feel like Iam goin to faint or off balance and my head feels heavy. I sometimes have headaches on the side of my head. Also have stomach problems and had many test and doc said it was ibs from stress and anxiety. About three weeks ago I got sick with a flue and thats when I started to feel off balance. I also get a pain under my right eye at times. I hate feeling like this all day. I know anxiety can cause this balance problem, but can it be everyday. Iam so scard of a tumor or someting bad. Is there anyone who feels the same.
Also I test my balance by stand on one foot and and walkin heel to toe and iam fine with that its just when iam walking.
Some other things are mental confusion, and racing heart when panicing. I dont have the money for the doc and dont want to go if its anxiety. Anyone who can relate thanx. Iam a 20 year old male.
