I HAVE ANXIETY TO CALL MY ex boyfriend, WHAT DO I DO?

I know I should just let go but I just want to find everysingle stupid excuse to call him. When i see the number on my caller id what should I do ( i don't want him to think I'm on the phone with someone else) I don't know how to just let go...what do i do?I know I should do things with my friends etc. but I have no energy..
