What do you mean you get cut? If you have thoughts of harming yourself, please see a doctor or a counsellor as soon as possible. Breathing exercises might help in general. You might also want to go see a counsellor as s/he can help you identify what makes you anxious and how to overcome it. Ofcourse if you have a family member or a friend you trust and are close to and who can give you an objective answers, you can do that too. And finally, there is nothing wrong with seeing a counsellor. Hope this helps. Best.
