it goes away but comes back.
i tried changing my life around. like doing things differnt but it always comes back.

iv been having these feelings for awhile (a couple months) and i dont know what to do about it.

First, it's important to recognize that anxiety disorders are the most common of all mental health conditions. Fortunately, they are among the least dangerous and easiest to treat. One of the best ways to feel better, and this applies to depression as well, is to just sit down with someone you can trust and pour out your feelings to them. It will feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. It doesn't have to be a doctor at $100 an hour. It just needs to be a good listener and someone level headed enough to talk rationally with you. Anxiety disorders are so common that I would not recommend seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist immediately. See your family doctor. He/she is probably now treating hundreds of people for this condition. One thing you should consider if you are not doing it is to get regular exercise. I can pretty much guarantee you that 20 to 30 minutes of rigorous exercise will remove a lot of your anxiety. Good luck.

You could have an anxiety disorder.
You should go see a professional doctor, or counseler.

yeah i agree with Nikky...you should start seeing someone because it would help a lot. I have some what of a social anxiety issue, and it really helps when your seeing someone and getting all your feelings and thoughts out.
