Default Is it normal to develop severe mood swings followed with anxiety after...

...having a child? I think I have been having anxiety mixed with a little bit of post partum depression. Everytime I have to drive with my daughter in the car I freak out, I shake and my heart beats fast. This happened to me just the other day when I had to take her to the babysitter (I only have to do that this week only) I was sitting at a red light and all the sudden I started to cry out of nowhere then my heart started to race. Then when she was safe at the babysitter and I went back to work my heart was still racing and I got a cold sweat and couldnt calm down.

Im thinking about talking to the doctor, but Im not sure if this will all pass after my hormones are back to normal. but I thought by now that they would be ( my daughter is 3 months )

any answers will be appreciated

thanks in advance
and I have never been depressed or had anxiety in my life!
