Can your body create pregnancy symptoms if you're stressing about being pregnant?
I've recently had the worry that I might be pregnant. If you're stressing about it, can your body create symptoms that make you think you might be pregnant? Like can it play tricks on you, making you think you are?
I've had the symptoms of my breasts being really sore and tingly, the Montgomery's Tubercules are more visible now, I've been sick at my stomach, I've thought I've gained weight, I've thought my breasts have gotten bigger, and the list goes on and on. So do I just need to quit stressing about it for these symptoms to go away? I should get my period in about 10 days, and my thoughts are if I don't quit stressing about being pregnant, I won't get my period at all.
