My life is very stressful means i have lots of tension in my mind. i always think about my girlfriend.i have always one question in my mind will she leave me?and i always think about that friends please tell me what should i do to remove my stress and how can i confirm will she leave me or not in future?

We're pretty much on the same boat, I'm currently undergoing a very stressful point of my life (missed a promotion I desperately need, partner's going nuts over all our debts, parents divorcing after 18 years of marriage, my son's getting bullied at school).
