sometimes and it seems more kind of in times of stress once in a while my heart will beat like really fast for like 10 seconds. Other times i will have shooting pains in my heart area for a couple mins WAT IS GOIN ON ?

I have the same problem. It feels like little heart attacks. Or at least that's how I describe it. But I don't know what it is. When I was little my mom asked our pediatrician and he said that I need to hold my breath and push like I'm constipated. Idk. Sometimes it helps and other times it doesn't. I think it is stress related though.
