Default when a person is having a heart attack, is it true that his/her blood

pressure has to be elevated.? can if be above normal or does it have to be dangerously high?

really need to know. thanks
to i'mstillstanding- thanks. sounds like you may have been there. in any case i appreciate the advice. kind of like an internet disclaimer, lol. i get it. if i thought i was having a heart attack i would dial 911. i'm actually trying to learn about and understand some fairly new health problems.
