no its fake just like vince blowing up in his car and he is still here to. U could tell he faked it cause u cant just collapse that fast from a heart attack.

If you don't know, WWE is basically a storyline. There are writers who write the segments and matches.. also Smackdown is taped, so if he had a real heart attack, it wouldn't even be aired, they would obviously edit that out.

According to the WWE website, Teddy is in a semi-comatose state right now, drifting in and out of consciousness.
