I am just curious how many people that take this medicine have a heart condition. My arrythmia is caused by discontinuing the Lamictal, but I am asking in general.

A heart condition would not be a contraindication for Lamictal the only contraindication listed is a hypersensitivity to lamotrigine or any component. The side effects include edema, so that could limit it's use in that patient population.
