No, I would say it is #3. #1 is family history, as in how your body handles fat and cholesterol. #2 cholesterol and how much your body makes on its own. #3 saturated fat. I know a man that is 98 years old that has eaten pork fat all his life. I also know a man that is 44 and an ex-iron man runner that has had two hart surgeries to open his arteries because of cholesterol.
