What are the signs of a heart attack?

Right now my chest hurts like hell,my jaw and arms feel a bit numb and im sweating

If i call 999 and im fine do they get pissed of or anything?

Help me
Im 18 so I shouldnt be having a heart attack haha
Was like that for 10 minutes but calmed down now, still feel sick though

Like I said im 18 so a heart attack isnt likely

And im in UK so 999
