Yesterday night, I realized my heart was beating at a faster pace than it normally does. It was around 79 times per minute. Anyways, I only noticed that I can hear my heartbeat louder than it was before, but I don't feel any discomfort at all. I thought it was because I was nervous for the finals, but now that they are over, I am still feeling the beats. I am 17 years old, do you think it will be a sign of a heart attack? thanks.
