Looking for a miracle for my 10 year old Chihuahua with mitral valve disease

and enlarged heart? He is currently taking viagra,lasix ,digoxin,benazapril , and torbutal . His trachea is narrowed by the size of his expanding heart. He is active on good days, eats and drinks and has great kidney function. We can't imagine living without him, he's the heart and soul of our home, but obviously his days are numbered. Any help is appreciated.
