Default are the symptoms related to heart/valve conditions always chronic?

i have been experiencing dizziness, confusion, shallow breathing, weak pulse when resting, very irregular pulse when exercising, lower stamina, hot; sweaty legs, feet and neck etc. for the past month or so. these symptoms are becoming more and more frequent yet they are by no means chronic. i am seeing my doctor soon but i am worried that these symptoms will not be entirely present when i get checked out. would it be best if i just wait a little longer before visiting him, or should i just explain to my doctor thats these symptoms are recurring throughout the day and night but are not always a problem... what makes it worse is that i USUALLY have a heart rate of roughly 60/70 bpm (lol, i know thats a good thing) but that could just mask the problem.

peace
